I wrote back in July of 2007 (Pluto in Capricorn – Dave’s Articles on this website.) As a refresher Pluto is the dwarf Planet that is often called the planet of death. It rules over death, the underworld, coercion, corruption, destroying, transformation, terrorism, and on the positive side, rebirth.  Capricorn rules over the government, big business, careers, politics, the social security system, the stock market, structures, and is an earth sign indicating earth changes.

Peter Criss Of KISS Birth Day/Time Rectification

First I must say that there have been discrepancies over Peter’s birth year over the years.  It has since been cleared up.  He wanted to shave a couple of years off, for public relation purposes, he was the oldest in the group.  He used to say he was born in 1947.  He publicly stated according to the Rodden data bank that he was born at 1:30 pm Dec. 20, 1945 on the radio.  Since the reunion of KISS and many biographies of the group have been published it is now well known he was born in 1945.  I have personally seen legal documents (passport) that has this date on it.

So I was not very trusting of his birth time as I thought well he lied about the year.  This led me to do a rectification of his chart, and amazingly enough one of the times that jigsaw 2 came up with (the rectification software I use) was 1:26 pm with an ascendant of 4-5 degree’s of Taurus.  I thoroughly tested this time that closely matched what he said on air, and am convinced this is the correct time (1:26 pm.)

I have studied the Tarot since the age of fourteen back in 1978.  Early on in the Tarot books I kept seeing references to the signs and planets.  Since I didn’t know astrology yet, it made me curious to learn about astrology, which never ended.  After learning astrology going back and reviewing the tarot correspondences  with my current knowledge some of the correspondences no longer make sense.

Paul Stanley – Rectifying His Birth Time, and Interpreting His Chart (below)

Rectification is a method used in astrology to figure out the correct birth time of an individual.  It can be used if the birth time is not known at all, or if there is a time frame, such as just after noon, etc.  I have tried for years to locate the birth time of Paul Stanley of KISS, as well as the other members of KISS.  I have had no luck in thirty years, so I guess its time for me to rectify it.

I use the Jigsaw 2 rectification and research program.  It makes rectification so much easier and even possible!  You can see transits, progressions, directions at a glance according to the events of their life you put into the program.  In rectification you list significant events of a persons life, with the date, and if known the time and place of the events.

The job of the astrologer is to set up a chart, and see if there is any common, recurring planetary placements, in the events, that are not planets in the chart.  We are looking for possible angles of the chart.  The aspects in the chart to the proposed angles should make sense symbolically.  As astrologer Dr. Zipporah Dobbins said in rectification “all systems of astrology should work, such as transits, progressions, directions” , and then of course the chart should fit the person, symbolically.

First the facts; Pluto enters Capricorn on January 25, 2008, retrogrades back into Sagittarius on June 13, 2008, and then finally stays in Capricorn starting on November 26th, 2008. Pluto will stay in the sign Capricorn for the next 15 years (March 2023).
